Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 6 radishes
- 3 spring onions
- ½ cup natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
- pepper
- herbal salt
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the cucumber, season with salt, cover, and set aside. Cut the radishes into sticks and the spring onions into rings. For the dressing, combine all the remaining ingredients. Now, discard (or drink) any water the cucumber has absorbed, mix with the radishes and spring onions, and drizzle with the dressing. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
