Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pretzel(s) (lye pretzels)
- 150 ml milk, warm
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 class bunch of parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the pretzels into small pieces and soak them in the warm milk. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the parsley and eggs, and let them sit for a while. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the batter until golden brown. You can also use the batter to stuff a roast.
