Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 35 g sugar
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 5 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick salad, great for grilling

Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Finely chop the onion. For the dressing, combine the onions with the spices, sugar, juice, vinegar, and oil. I always use a large shaker for this. Mix the dressing with the Chinese cabbage before serving.
