Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 large bell peppers, green
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 garlic
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • Pepper, ground
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp vegetable broth, granulated

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and grill cut-side down until the skin turns blistered and blackened. Let cool, then peel and cut into 2-cm cubes. Peel and seed the tomato and cut into 2-cm pieces. Mix the tomatoes and bell peppers. Vinaigrette: Mix the vinegar, sugar, garlic, olive oil, pepper, a little salt, and granulated stock. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
