Andi's carrot salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 large carrots
  • 200 g mayonnaise (lemon mayonnaise, recipe is in my profile)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50 ml cream (or coffee cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

let it soak through as well as possible

Finely grate the carrots, mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and cream, pour over the carrots, and mix everything well. Let stand for at least 1 hour to allow the salad to marinate.
