Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g pine nuts
- 2 shallots
- 80 g butter
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- 80 g herbs
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Refined sauce for pasta
Toast the pine nuts. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Sauté the shallots in the butter for 3 minutes. Then add the grated zest of 1/2 lemon and the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese.
