Arugula and nut pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g arugula
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Refined sauce for pasta

Roughly chop the arugula. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Finely puree the arugula, 50g walnuts, and garlic with a little coarse sea salt, gradually adding the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and stir until the pesto becomes creamy. If it’s too thick, simply add a little pasta water.
