Spinach and walnut pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g spinach, frozen
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 20 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the spinach. Chop the parsley leaves, walnuts, and Parmesan cheese. Mix in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the garlic clove, and sauté it with the spinach in the heated butter. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix with the pesto.
