Tomato salad with pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • ½ pineapple
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and quarter the ripe tomatoes, then place them in a bowl with the fresh, not-too-large pineapple pieces. Squeeze the lemon and mix well with the oil, sugar, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper, let it marinate briefly, and serve.
