  • 1 slice(s) pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g sauerkraut
  • 1 tbsp raisins, unsulfured
  • 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp apple syrup
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Dice the tomato, onion, pineapple slice, and apple. Add the sauerkraut, raisins, and sunflower oil and mix everything together. Sweeten with apple syrup and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
