Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g ladyfingers
- 150 g butter
- 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia cheese)
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 small can of pineapple or tangerines
- 2 tbsp juice
- 1 pack of jelly, lemon
- 2 cups of cream

Dough: Set aside 16 ladyfingers. Crush the remainder with a wooden spoon. Leave 1/4 cup for sprinkling. Knead the butter and breadcrumbs well. Pour the dough into a springform pan. Stand 32 half-fingers upright along the edge. Topping: Mix the Philadelphia cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, fruit, and juice until creamy. Mix the jelly with 1 cup of water or juice. Just before it’s boiling, remove from the heat and add to the cheese mixture. Fold in the whipped cream and pour everything into the prepared pan. After about 5 hours, the cake is ready to slice.
