Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pistachio spread
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the ice cream maker, preparation in 10 min.

Beat the sugar and egg in a mixer until fluffy and light in color. Then add the pistachio cream and mix until smooth. Finally, add the cream and milk and continue beating with the mixer until everything is dissolved. If you used only cold ingredients, the liquid can be immediately transferred to the ice cream maker for about 45 minutes.
