Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g feta cheese (preferably sheep cheese)
  • 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia or similar)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh

Instructions

Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into smaller pieces. Crumble the feta, if desired. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. It’s best to put the softened cream cheese and feta in the blender first, then add the carrots on top; this makes blending easier. Pour the mixture into small screw-top jars and refrigerate. If you don’t fill the jars completely, you can also store it in the freezer. It tastes absolutely delicious!
