Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 400 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 cup cream cheese (wild garlic cream cheese)
- 1 cup of cream for cooking
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the vegetables and mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Then fry them briefly in a little oil until cooked through but still firm to the bite. Add the wild garlic cream cheese and cream, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta, gnocchi, or potato dumplings.
