Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 500 g crème fraîche
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- pinch(s) of salt
- pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 tsp Fondor
- Parsley, dried
- Chives, dried
- possibly paprika powder
- possibly curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the low-fat quark and crème fraîche, press the garlic, and fold in. Finely dice the cucumber and fold in. Season with salt, pepper, and Fondor (or paprika/curry if desired). Transfer to a clean bowl and smooth evenly. Sprinkle with chives and parsley on top.
