Cheese cream with feta and sesame paste (tahini)

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese, preferably sheep’s cheese
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste (tahini), heaped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 tsp spice paste (harissa)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Important: No salt. The cheese is usually salty enough. You can also add olives, pieces of bell pepper, tomatoes, cumin, or sweet paprika to taste. Your imagination is the limit! The basic recipe actually consists of just feta and yogurt. If the paste becomes too thick, you can make it creamier by adding a little more yogurt or a splash of milk.
