Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 1 apple, sour, grated
  • ½ cucumber(s), without seeds, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, without seeds, diced
  • Mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, frozen
  • 1 cup of yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the light salad cream with yogurt, add salt, pepper, and herbs. Place the potatoes, eggs, apples, and vegetables in a large bowl, pour over the dressing, and gently mix everything together. Let stand for 10 minutes.
