Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 servings of chicken breast fillet(s)
- 100 g jam (orange jam)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the orange marmalade, mustard, and soy sauce and bring to a gentle boil. Then add the chicken breast fillets to the sauce and let it caramelize and cook for 10-15 minutes. To serve, place a chicken breast fillet on each plate and spoon the sauce and chopped onion over it. We always serve it with rice and carrots.
