Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g onion(s), chopped
- 100 g beef tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 200 g beans, green, frozen
- 160 g potatoes, diced
- 125 g bell pepper(s), cut into pieces, red and green
- 200 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- rosemary
- Paprika powder
- Thyme
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with green beans, potatoes and peppers
Prepare the vegetables. Dice the chicken and fry in hot oil. Add the onions and vegetables and sauté until tender. Finally, season and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Per serving: 27 g protein, 12 g fat, 23 g carbohydrates, 1.5 BE
