Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 salt
- 5 eggs, separated
- ½ liter of milk
- 500 g blueberries (hoaba)
- 50 g butter
- Sugar for sprinkling

Blueberry casserole, Bavarian cuisine
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Make a slightly thicker pancake batter from the flour, salt, egg yolks, milk, and egg whites. Heat the butter in a large baking dish and pour in the batter. Spread the blueberries on top and sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown (test with a toothpick). Sprinkle with more sugar, if desired.
