Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 50 g butter
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g sour cream

great in summer, easy and quick, popular with children
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain. Stir the butter into the cooked pasta. Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Mix with the sugar and let stand for a while. Stir in the sour cream and finally toss with the pasta. Tip: You can also mix 1 packet of vanilla sugar into the sugar.
