Puszta quark with boiled potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 100 g quark
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp capers
  • salt and pepper
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and finely dice the bell pepper. Mix with the quark, paprika, oil, and capers. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce and arrange the quark on top. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Peel the potatoes and serve.
