Pizza sticks "easy-cheesy"

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pizza dough, round, rolled out
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 100 g cheese, strong, grated
  • 1 tbsp basil, dried
  • 1 tbsp oregano, dried
  • some garlic salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Finger food for hot and cold meals

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/grill). Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix all other ingredients well and spread over the dough. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough lengthwise into 10-12 strips, then halve to create 20-24 slices. Keep the individual strips together, i.e., do not push them apart. Bake on the second-to-highest rack for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Then cut the individual strips all the way through again with the cutter. Can be eaten hot or cold. Tip: Make a sauce with finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, ketchup, and a little pizza seasoning, heat briefly, and serve with the cheese sticks.
