Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 150 g diced ham
- 100 g feta cheese (mini cubes)
- 1 egg(s)
- e.g. basil
- e.g. oregano
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry and spread generously with cream cheese. Season to taste, then top with ham and feta. Roll the puff pastry tightly. Cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Beat the egg, brush the slices with it, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
