Tortellini-Savoy Cabbage Pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ savoy cabbage (approx. 500 g)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 125 g processed cheese (herb light) or regular cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 200 g tortellini with cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the savoy cabbage and bell pepper into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini in salted water for about 10 minutes. Season the vegetable pan with salt and pepper and add the broth. Add the processed cheese to the pan and melt it. Stir in the mustard and season with paprika to taste. Drain the tortellini and add it to the vegetable pan. Mix everything together and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Done! This dish also tastes good with medium-hot mustard and regular pasta. I’ve tried everything.
