- some hummus or cream cheese

Briefly flip the tortilla wrap in a pan without oil or heat it in the oven. Spread the tortilla wrap with hummus or cream cheese. Chop the ingredients into small pieces and place them on the wrap. Roll or fold the wrap and cut it in half.
