- 1 tbsp butter
- Lemon juice, some dashes
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 shallot(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar

Peel and devein the shrimp. Peel the avocado and mango and dice them into small pieces. Peel the shallot and dice them into small pieces. Mix the mango, avocado, olive oil, and shallot. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and perhaps a few more squeezes of lemon juice. Place a metal ring on a plate. Pour in the tartar, press down, and carefully peel it off. Heat butter in a pan and fry the shrimp over medium heat. Season with salt and lemon juice. Place the shrimp on the tartar and drizzle with the lemon butter.
