Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 dl sour cream
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 cucumber(s) , (pickled gherkins)
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 sprig(s) parsley
- 1 sprig(s) tarragon
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
goes perfectly with meat fondue and table grill
Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise. Roughly chop the capers, finely dice the gherkins and shallots, and chop the herbs. Mix everything into the sauce base. Dice the egg and mix it into the sauce. Season to taste with pepper, paprika, and salt.
