Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg onion(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 ml white wine
  • 150 g cheese, Roquefort
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • anise
  • 300 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • ½ bag(s) of baking powder
  • 150 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Caraway seeds
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 30 minutes

For the topping: Sauté the onions in ghee (or oil). Add the raisins and sliced ​​apples, and deglaze with white wine. Reduce until only a little liquid remains, then crumble in the Roquefort until dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the spices, and let cool. Stir in the eggs and sour cream. For the dough: Mix all ingredients, from flour to oil, with a dough hook until a smooth dough forms, adding the oil last. Spread the dough onto a deep baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with the onion mixture. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
