Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 300 g spinach, frozen
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the butter and sauté the diced onions. Add the flour and fry until light golden. Add the broth and bring the soup to a boil. Add the spinach and let it thaw in the soup. Stir in the Gouda cheese with a whisk and season with the spices.
