Mozzarella – cherry tomatoes – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 spring onions
  • 200 g mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella alternatively mozzarella from the refrigerated section
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 125 ml olive oil, cold pressed
  • Parsley, flat
  • some basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and halve them with a sharp knife. Clean the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Place both in a bowl. Make a marinade with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper and add it to the tomatoes along with the chopped mozzarella. Cover and let stand for at least 4 hours. Just before serving, add the finely chopped parsley and basil leaves.
