- 4 piece Fresh chicory
- 300 g Canned mandarins
dressing
- 100 g Yogurt
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
- Clean the chicoreè, cut in half lengthways and cut out the stalk in a cone shape. Then cut into thin strips.
- Mix the yoghurt, crème faìche, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the mandarins and mix with the chicory.
- Add the design to the salad and add a little sugar to taste.
