Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicory
- 1 apple
- 150 g walnuts, chopped
- 200 g cheese (Roquefort)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 tsp honey
- pepper
- 4 tbsp oil (nut oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with Roquefort and walnuts
Halve the chicory, remove the stem, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core, and cut into smaller pieces. Roughly dice the Roquefort cheese. Combine all ingredients with the walnuts in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the above ingredients, season with pepper, and drizzle over the salad. Let it sit for a while.
