Pasies savoy cabbage and pepper noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 1 small head of savoy cabbage, cut into strips
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 100 g grated cheese (light)
  • 2 tsp stock powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano, shredded
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 350 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Sauté the onions and garlic in margarine. Add the tomato paste and deglaze with milk and cream. Add the bell pepper sticks and savoy cabbage strips and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Add the tomatoes and cheese to the savoy cabbage. Melt the cheese and cook the tomatoes for another 5 minutes, then season with the spices to taste. Stir in the pasta, let everything simmer for 5 minutes, and serve.
