Raspberry chocolate porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk or plant-based substitute
  • 70 g oat flakes, fine
  • 40 g raspberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, optional
  • 1 small banana(s), as desired
  • 3 tsp nut butter, as desired

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the milk or plant-based alternative with the oats, raspberries, cocoa powder, and optional maple syrup in a saucepan and mix. Then, over medium heat, let it thicken for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Once it reaches a porridge consistency, remove the pan from the heat and pour the porridge into a bowl. Finally, top with chopped fruit (e.g., banana) and nut butter, if desired.
