Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 180 g oat flakes
- 110 g raisins
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
- 50 g butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- 50 g white sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with oat flakes, raisins and chopped nuts
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Gradually add the egg and beat well into the butter mixture. Fold in the flour mixture and carefully add the oats, raisins, and chopped hazelnuts. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small heaps of dough and place them, leaving plenty of space between them, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the heaps slightly with the spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes. When the cookies are done, place them on a wire rack and let them cool completely. Tip: If you like, you can replace some of the sugar with honey.
