with oat flakes, raisins and chopped nuts

Sift flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Gradually add the egg and beat well into the butter mixture. Fold in the flour mixture and carefully add the oats, raisins, and chopped hazelnuts. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small heaps of dough and place them, leaving plenty of space between them, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the heaps slightly with the spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes. When the cookies are done, place them on a wire rack and let them cool completely. Tip: If you like, you can replace some of the sugar with honey.
