- 6 tomatoes
- 6 kiwis
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Oil
- n. B. vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Lots of vitamins, few calories
Slice the tomatoes, season with salt, and season with vinegar and oil to taste. Peel the kiwis, slice them, and add them. Let the salad sit for an hour.
