Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bunches of radishes
- 2 grapefruit(s) (pink grapefruit)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Very refreshing when chilled in summer!
Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices or sticks. Peel and fillet the grapefruit, reserving the juice. Finely chop the chives. Place everything in a bowl. Add the reserved grapefruit juice and the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and cane sugar. Mix everything well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Delicious as a side dish or refreshing snack. Tip: Also delicious with fresh basil.
