Fresh salad is a good snack

Wash the cauliflower, drain, and finely slice it using a cucumber slicer. Peel and slice the banana, and toss it with the cauliflower and lemon juice. Place the currants in a sieve and rinse thoroughly under hot running water. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the salad along with the currants. Season with a little salt or Fondor seasoning. Serve and garnish with mandarin orange slices or cherries, if desired. If you like, you can also season this fresh salad with a little curry.
