Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 large spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper(s), medium diced
- 1 stalk(s) leek, large, without greens, in fine rings
- 2 large apples, with peel, without core, diced
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml sour cream
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 3 cm Harissa, from the tube
- ½ tsp chili salt, or equivalent salt and chili powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp thyme, dried
- Sugar, n. B.
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
This salad is a satisfying side dish, for example, with pan-fried poultry. Mix all the sauce ingredients well and let it sit for a short while. Mix the diced vegetables and fruit in a large bowl, then divide them among serving plates. Pour the sauce over the salad and sprinkle with paprika to serve.
