Vegetable soup with sprouts and chicken breast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g chicken breast fillet(s), in small pieces
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled, diced
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into fine strips
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 100 g soy sprouts
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the meat well in butter. Remove the meat. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and cook everything in a covered pan for about 12 to 15 minutes. Add the washed sprouts and the meat to the vegetables during the last 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
