  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 15 g gelatin, ground
  • 250 g berries, red (e.g. currants) or thick juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Beat the egg whites, sugar, and berries for about 1/2 hour until quite fluffy. Then add the dissolved gelatin and pour into a glass bowl. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
