- 4 egg whites, beaten to snow
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 15 g gelatin, ground
- 250 g berries, red (e.g. currants) or thick juice

Beat the egg whites, sugar, and berries for about 1/2 hour until quite fluffy. Then add the dissolved gelatin and pour into a glass bowl. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
