Broccoli with almond butter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp almond(s), flakes
  • 40 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the broccoli, divide it into small florets, and cook in a little boiling salted water until al dente. Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan until golden brown, then add the butter and let it melt. Drain the broccoli and serve with the almond butter.
