Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g almond(s), sliced, 100 g oat flakes
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 150 g cake icing, dark (cocoa)
- 150 g cake icing, whole milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the cake glaze. Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the sugar, and toast the almonds briefly until lightly golden brown. Mix the toasted almonds with the oat flakes, pour the liquid cake glaze over them, and mix well. Then, using two teaspoons, place small mounds onto parchment or baking paper. Then simply refrigerate and wait until the Crossies have set (a cool room is sufficient; the refrigerator will set faster, of course).
