Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the potatoes and dice them into very small cubes. Peel the onion and dice them into very small cubes. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into a well-greased and floured baking dish measuring approximately 20 x 40 cm. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30-40 minutes, until the cake turns a light brown color.
