Crispy potatoes from the tray

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1.2 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Thinly slice the potatoes. Melt the clarified butter and spread it thinly on the baking sheet. Arrange the potato slices on the baking sheet in a shingle pattern. Drizzle the remaining clarified butter over the potatoes. Lightly salt and scatter the Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds over the potatoes. Bake for about 30 minutes.
