Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
  • 4 g paprika (flakes)
  • 4 g oregano
  • 4 g marjoram
  • 4 g turmeric
  • 4 g tarragon
  • 1 g fennel
  • 4 g rosemary
  • 4 g chives
  • 4 g thyme
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast extract
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with dried herbs

Rub the garlic with sea salt to a paste. Mix all ingredients well with the softened butter. To make a storage container: Pour the mixture onto aluminum foil, roll it into a roll, and freeze.
