Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g macaroni or spaghetti
  • 50 g parsley, chopped
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 5 mint leaves or basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Macarona bi Laemon

Cook the pasta al dente, drain well, and then transfer it to a bowl. Add the finely chopped herbs and toss to coat the pasta. Add olive oil and lemon juice and toss until the pasta has absorbed most of the liquid. Season with salt and pepper. This dish can be served hot or cold.
