Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (wholemeal pasta)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 100 g corn, frozen
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g cream cheese spread
  • 2 tsp broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

cold as a pasta salad, very tasty, vegetarian

Cook pasta according to instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside. Dice the bell peppers and zucchini and sauté in a pan with the broth (add a little water if necessary). Add the corn and peas and cook until al dente. Finally, stir in the cream cheese. Tip for non-vegetarians: Add ground beef, strips of chicken breast, diced ham, or similar.
