- 3 cups millet
- 6 cups water
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g cheese, grated
- herbal salt
- oil

Bring the water with the vegetable stock cube to a boil, add the millet, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Dice the onion and fry in a little oil until light brown. Add to the millet, mix in the cheese and egg, and season with herb salt. Form the mixture into meatballs and fry them in a little oil until golden brown on both sides. The meatballs are especially delicious with fresh green beans.
